    Project Narrative

    Provide a concise overview of objectives, activities, and expected outcomes.
    Describe the cultural, historical, or architectural significance of your project and how it supports Scottish culture in North America and/or strengthens ties with Scotland. Note how youth, young adults, and families will be engaged.

    Long-Term Impact & Sustainability

    Describe the project’s potential impact at local, state, or national levels.
    Explain long-term sustainability and any lasting cultural, educational, or heritage assets created.
    We strongly consider our grant recipients to be partners with our non-profit. Clearly define how you will include recognition, participation and promotional benefits to Scottish Heritage USA with your program, and to what audiences?

      Review Timeline

      Applications will be reviewed by the Grants & Scholarships Committee with recommendations for approval to the Board of Directors in July 2026.

      Notifications will be sent via email on or before August 1, 2026.

      Recipients will be required to submit a report to Scottish Heritage USA on the project within 30 days of your project’s completion.

      Grant checks will be disbursed by September 1, 2026, preferably via ACH.
