SHUSA Memberships

Founded in 1965 Scottish Heritage USA is a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation and enrichment of Scottish tradition, history and culture and fostering strong connections with the people of Scotland.

By joining Scottish Heritage USA for a modest contribution, you are helping us provide scholarships for the younger generation to learn to play bagpipes and drums and the skill of Highland dancing. We also fund several projects in Scotland and in the USA.

There are many membership benefits:

• Annual subscription (six issues per year) to “Scotland” magazine
• Annual subscription (three issues per year) to the National Trust for Scotland magazine
• Scottish Heritage USA e-Newsletter (ten issues per year)
• FREE admission to all (over 70) National Trust for Scotland properties
• FREE admission to National Trust properties in England, Wales and Northern Ireland
• FREE admission to sites owned by the National Trust for Historic Preservation, USA

Single membership is only $60 and $72 for a couple. Special concessions for students and over 65’s
We welcome higher level memberships, even life membership. Contributions are tax deductible.

• Free admission for 2 persons to our Buffet Reception following Grandfather Mountain Games (must register in advance)
• 4 free raffle tickets in our annual raffle for each year’s membership

Corporate Memberships ($750 min.) Receive:

• 1 Family memberships (up to 4 persons)
• 10% discount for any employee (other than the 4 persons) who wish to join
• Link to your website on our website (non profit corporations only)
• Recognition of donation in our Newsletter
• Free admission to Scottish Heritage’s Reception following GMHG up to 2 persons (must register in advance)
• 3 Free ¼ page color ads in the Scottish Heritage monthly newsletter

Clan/Society Memberships ($175) (Existing Clan members receive 10% discount) Receive:

• 1 Family memberships (up to 4 persons)
• 10% discount for any others who are members of your clan or society who wish to join
• Link to your website on our website
